My creation of draw "possessive's Vampire" / possessive n How To break it??

Possesive ?? (Right clik to enlarge my pics ) ^^
  1. Of or relating to ownership or possession.
  2. Having or manifesting a desire to control or dominate another, especially in order to limit that person's relationships with others: a possessive parent.
  3. Grammar. Of, relating to, or being a noun or pronoun case that indicates possession.
To keep and control that what you have possessed. In relationships one partner can feel that their mate is a possession and become jealous. They may want to stay home rather than to go out with friends or to a pub or party because they are too jealous to allow anyone to look at the mate, talk to the mate and assume their mate will cheat.

How To Break Free From the Addiction to Possessiveness and Control

When life presents many challenges the desire to control can seem natural. There is the illusion that if we control events, ourselves and others, we will be safe, successful and secure. Unfortunately, the opposite is true. The tighter we grip, hold on and manipulate, the more out of control we become.

Especially in relationships, where people feel vulnerable, where emotions are high and a great deal is at stake, the wish to control arises. At first this may appear as possessiveness, wanting to know all about what the partner is doing, dictating what he/she can or cannot do. Possessive often intensifies. Power struggles erupt. There is the sense that the person belongs to you and you have the right to direct their choices and the way their life goes.

Both the person dominating and the one being dominated lose freedom and well-being. Although the dominant one may say they are doing it out of love, for the good of the partner, the bottom line is that there is fear and anger here, manifesting as the desire to control. Love always honors and respects another, it gives a person space to be who they are, to make their own changes and discoveries. It does not seek to take over another's life, but to enhance it.

However, some very much enjoy being controlled. They feel that if their partners are possessiveness and controlling, it means that they care. This is a dangerous confusion. When one individual controls another, it is always to make themselves feel safe and secure.

The Dynamics Of Control

The more out of control one really is, the more the desire to control arises. Being able to control another person or situation can provide a feeling of power, strength, authority, or the sense that one's world will stay stable and secure. However, the more we control, the more of our own energy we have to use to keep this vigil up.

Control and domination can become an addiction. There is a rush that goes with control, the person feels powerful, as though they are strong and on top of the world and often the one being controlled may also feel a rush of safety and security, as though they matter a great deal to someone. Sooner or later all of this has to collapse.

Fear Of Domination

Another strong source of the desire to control others is fear of domination. We do not want to be controlled. Although many long for approval and acceptance, they also fear being dictated to. The way this conflict is handled is by dominating others. They feel that if they are doing the controlling, no one can lasso them in. In fact, they are lassoing themselves, tying themselves to the one they so need to control. Many will do almost anything to feel secure. Much anxiety can be traced to not having a true sense of stability within ourselves. This happens when we do not live from our core. The need to control arises from this. It is vitally necessary to contact our true the true source of security within that which provides stability, no matter what is going on.

Exercise:

Who Are You Controlling?

Make a list of everyone you are controlling - or want to control. Include yourself in this list. Write down the ways in which you control and dominate yourself.

Stop Controlling Them

Take one person on the list and just let them No matter how much you've tried to control them, have you succeeded? Write down what the result has been. How has it made you feel? Whatprice have you paid for this?

Imagine that you simply allow them to be exactly as they are. How does this make you feel now? What happens to your relationship? What happens to your own energy and sense of well-being?

Granting Freedom To Yourself As Well

Now do this exercise with yourself.Allow yourself to be exactly as you are. Stop fighting, pushing, and punishing yourself for ways in which you function. Take the noose off your own neck. How do you feel? What new ways of being may be open to you now? What has your endless desire to control yourself stopped from happening?

Realizing Who Is In Control

Different people will come to different conclusions about this part of the exercise. That's fine. The purpose of the exercise is to grapple with this question. Spend time with it. Dwell upon the question ' who is really in control of your life and the life of others? Let the answer reveal itself. Who is really in control of this world? Think about that. After you've done all you can, who is in control of what happens to you? What good does it do you to fight life? Is there another way to respond?

My creation of draw " Character"/ The things u should know about Character

"Character" (Right clik to enlarge my draw)

The 100 Most Important Things To Know About Your Character (revised)

This list came about when, one day while struggling to develop a character for an upcoming Hunter game, my lovely roommate Nikki looked at me and said something like, "Wouldn't it be cool to have a list of questions you could go through and answer while you were making characters, so you'd make sure to consider all sorts of different elements in their personality?" I agreed, and that very evening we sat down over hot chocolate and ramen noodles to whip up a list of 100 appearance-, history-, and personality-related questions (which seemed like a nice even number) to answer as a relatively easy yet still in-depth character building exercise. Later on, we went through the list again, took out the questions that sucked (because there were a lot of them) and replaced them with better ones. What you see before you is the result of that second revision.

In the more recent past, we've also found that answering those annoying online personality quizzes in-character can sometimes lead to interesting revelations. When you find yourself sitting in front of your computer screen wondering, "Hmm, if my character was a pair of shoes, would she be stiletto heels, Nikes, Doc Martens, or Birkenstocks?" you know you're really getting to know her (or that you've become an even bigger geek than you were to begin with).

And, because I've gotten flames about it: No, we do not mean to imply that slavishly following this list is the only way you will ever truly develop your character. If you think we're boring, obnoxious, or presumptuous, just think about the questions you like, and you don't even have to consider the rest (yeah, we know it's kind of a long list). Or better yet, ignore us entirely and find your own ways to develop characters. Just don't email us specifically to tell us how much we suck. That only results in cranky gamerchicks.

My creation of drawing "Hero"

I Give my pic name is Hero izoeru.. (Right clik to enlarge my pic )

Tonight, I learned the definition of what a hero is. Since I was a child I have always known the technical definition of a hero as being a person noted for feats of courage or nobility of purpose, especially one who has risked or sacrificed his or her life; however, I have heard the term used so freely by the government in the times of war as either a propaganda technique or as a way to consul grieving family members that somehow it lost its meaning.

The last time that I visited my parents a family friend was killed fighting in Iraq. I really didn’t know him extremely well but the idea of someone that I knew dying really hit home the idea of war. I felt sorry for his family but was angered by the way that the news portrayed his death. He was one of two men killed in his troop on the same day; however their deaths were portrayed differently on the local news broadcast.

Small Town
I come from a small southern town where wealth meant status and people often cater to those who they perceive have power. My family friend came from a wealthy family and the other guy who died was a man from a non-notable family. The news said that my family friend was a hero and spent fifteen minutes discussing the details of his death and showed photos of a military funeral and focused on the idea that he was a hero who had died for his country. The segment for the other guy who died was approximately three minutes long and they did not say that he was a hero but that he was a solider and a father of three and showed images of his son playing on the headstones. My first thought was that the television station focused on one being a hero and the other a father because of the status that each of their families had in the community. I carried this thought with me several weeks.

In these times of war, the line of being a solider and being a hero can often be blurred until you learn and listen to the story behind the words. Tonight, my mother called me and informed me why they called our family friend a hero. Our friend’s parents were told that he was killed from a shot to the head. However, when he arrived back in the United States, there was no wound to the head. His parents thought that it was a noble thing to fight for your country but they didn’t know why people were calling him a hero. They found out that he had died not from a wound to the head but he died by jumping on a grenade to save his troop.

Strange Comfort
Knowing that he died to save others strangely comforted his friends and family because he went to war on a mission to give back to others. Our family friend, was a man who held degrees from notable institutions and had the respect of his friends and family, but what meant most to him was respecting himself and knowing that he had made a difference beyond the community walls that would open doors for others internationally.

On the battlefield, political boundary lines and biases are often forgotten and personal respect emerges. Last week, President Bush recognized him for being a hero because he gave his life for his country. Bush acknowledged that our family friend hated going to war, and that our friend didn’t vote for Bush or believe in his politics but that he did fight for freedom and died fighting for his country and protecting his men.

Two weeks after his death, his family received the last letter that he sent home. The words in it were strangely prophetic that if he must die that it should be helping others. They found a poem in pocket titled “Don’t Quit.” He carried it with him in his pocket and it was torn and faded but it was said that he read it every day to remind him of the joy of every failure and that out of every struggle and loss springs hope and opportunity.

There are many different points of view towards the war in Iraq. However, no matter your political philosophy or personal opinion towards the war when someone you know dies it makes you realize how precious life is and how quickly it can be taken away. Securing precious resources and political allegiances take a backseat to understanding one man’s fight for what he believes in.

Friends
When I reflect on war and my friends, I really hate to see the kids that I went to Military Balls with at Virginia Tech or that I watched play football or was in cheerleading with in high school die. However, I admire them all that are fighting for a belief in their country and posses a bond with people that I cannot imagine.

I do not know the people that he saved or the circumstance that our family friend found himself in when he saved his men. However, I do understand that somewhere tonight there are families that are grateful for our family friend and I know that above all he will always live through the people that he saved. Having a belief that someone did not die in vain can inspire hope in those that must live on.

Conclusion
Tonight, I learned that being a hero cannot be explained in words but it must be internalized and given a story to come alive. Learning the definition of what a hero is comes at a heavy price. The price is measured in tears and struggle. Our family friend who died told his family that he went to war because he realized that he had been blessed with so many opportunities in life and wanted to give back to others what he had been given. He gave the ultimate gift: LIFE

Membesarkan otot pundak dan bahu ^^v / Build up your deltoid and trapezius muscle.

Otot bahu secara anatomi terbagi menjadi 2 bagian besar, yaitu :
1. Deltoid : otot bahu samping yang membulat

"Side Lateral Raise"

"Front Dumbbell Raise"

"Seated Bent Over Rear Delt Raise"

"Arnold Dumbbell Press"

"Standing Military Press"

"Standing Barbell Press Behind Neck"

"Seated Dumbbell Press"

"Reverse Flyes"

"Barbell Shrug"

"Smith Machine Shrug"

"Upright Rows"

"Upright Cable Row"

"Haney Shrug"

Malam pertama di alam kubur

Video kisah nyata adanya siksa alam kubur

rapuh sangat mudah dihancurkan." (Biharul Anwar 6: 218, hadis ke 13)

Imam Ja'far Ash-Shadiq (sa) ketika qiyamul layl mengeraskan suaranya
alam kubur, luaskan bagiku sempitnya tempat berbaring, karuniakan
padaku kebaikan sebelum kematian, dan berikan padaku kebaikan sesudah
kematian. (Al-Faqih 1: 480, hadis ke 1389)

Berikut ini juga doa beliau:
Ya Allah, berkahi aku dalam kematian. Ya Allah, bantulah aku saat
sakratul maut. Ya Allah, tolonglah aku dalam menghadapi siksaan kubur.
Ya Allah, tolonglah aku dalam menghadapi himpitan kubur. Ya Allah,
bantulah aku dalam kesepian kubur. Ya Allah, karuniakan padaku
bidadari. (Iqbal al-A`mal: 178)

Ya Allah, bantulah aku saat kematian. Ya Allah, tolonglah aku saat
sakratul maut. Ya Allah, tolonglah aku dari kesepian kubur. Ya Allah,
tolonglah aku dari kegelapan kubur. Ya Allah, tolonglah aku dari
segala yang menakutkan pada hari kiamat. Ya Allah, berkahi aku selama
hari kiamat. Ya Allah, karuniakan padaku pasangan bidadari.
(Biharul Anwar 98: 135)

menganggap enteng urusan buang air kecil, suka mengadu domba,
menggunjing, dan menjauhi keluarganya. (Al-Bihar 6: 222, hadis ke 21)

Atuut... banyak2 in tobat deh

Proses pembuatan tuyulnya pun cukup mengerikan...
Pertama-tama menghubungi "sang pengantar" tuyul.

Kopi cegah Tremor Mata ?!?
